No. DealerAgent runs in your browser. There's also a Progressive Web App you can pin to your home screen on iOS or Android — same login, full mobile UI.
Official sources — the DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service for tax/SORN/colour/CO₂, and the DVSA MOT History API for test results, mileage records, and advisories. Both calls hit live, not a cached database.
Yes. You connect your AutoTrader and eBay accounts during onboarding — feeds export to the formats those marketplaces already accept, and eBay listings go via the official eBay API.
DealerAgent is currently in active beta and invite-only. There are no paid plans yet — every founding dealer gets full access for free while we build. When plans do go live, the rate you're given as a founding dealer is locked in for the lifetime of your account. We won't raise it on you as we add modules.
Today, yes. The platform is built around DVLA, MOT, and UK marketplace integrations. We may expand to Ireland and the EU in 2027.
When an enquiry arrives via email, WhatsApp, or marketplace messaging, the agent replies in your tone, qualifies the lead, answers the obvious questions (price, mileage, MOT), and books a viewing on your calendar. You approve every reply before it goes.
